Integrating External Fund Data into Salesforce for a Unified Customer View

A Wealth Management institution in Canada was using two different fund providers to manage their investments. However, this required logging into three separate systems to view the full customer data. The client wanted to consolidate all the information into one system for easier access and improved efficiency.

Actions We Took:
  • Assessed the data requirements from the two external investment systems.
  • Designed an integration to pull the necessary data from the external systems into Salesforce.
  • Developed a solution to combine the data from Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and the external systems into a single view of the customer.
